just got this boat and the tach is not connected wanted to hook it up don't know how would appreciate some help from you pro's not shure what year the motor is he said 79 need some drawings or something the model number is<br /><br />85993e<br /><br />also ideas on how to set idle works well when warm but stalls out when cold...thanks to all those who reply

This should take care of your tach problem.<br /><br /> Teleflex Tachs <br /><br />Evinrude model nr. 85993 is a 1969 85hp.<br /><br />That tach website my not help with an engine that old. <br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
