ok tell me what this means i have both yellow wires disscon. grnd to stator still

from red/white to eng grnd 0.00 not open
from red to eng grnd 0.00 not open
from blue/white to eng grnd around 53 ohms
from blue to eng grnd around 53 ohms
can this mean it is bad or am i doing something wrong does the stator
grnd have to be disscon? trigger ohmed out perfect to specs on outboard
ign.com but not even close for the stator.
Im having probs with the motor not running good past half throttle. looses
power and runs like crap. idles perfect. can a bad stator cause this?
Dont want to replace unless it is bad!!
