I was cleaning the carb on this motor and it was particularly nasty, the high speed jet wouldn't come out. I ended up ruining it. So I drilled it out and all is well but i hit the emulsion tubeonce or twice and cut it back about a 32nd. I am now worried that it will affect how the carb works and how the motor will run, or does it even matter at all. can anyone help?

Don't have access to a camera where I am, but its the kind of jet that you can unscrew from the boss that goes all the way to the bottom of the bowl, and the tube is right behind it, When I broke through With the drill i bumped the tube a couple of times for a split second..looks like i chamfered it and cut it back about 1 32nd mabye a little less. I geuss thats enough to throw off the mixture?
