86 force coils, can i retro new style? compression?

i just found out the new replacement coils are 141 each. can i retro the new style coils to fit?
i have 130 pounds of compression on both cylinders, what were these new? is the compression high or low?

Compression is good. Anything 100-140 is good.

Don't know if you can rig other coils without damaging the rest of the ignition, and still get spark.
