87 140 v4 Fuel/Compression Question

Is there any rule if my compression numbers 100 then I should use 87 Octane?
For example assuming my compression numbers are in the 130,140 range do I use a 93 octane or 87?
My new power head a 140 v4 pre-mix shows 100psi what grade of pump fuel is recommend?

Use 87 octane regular unleaded, mack. Compression would need to be well over 200psi to even suggest higher octane.
