87 200hp lower unit, 77 115 lower unit

I'm helping a friend of mine rebuild the lower unit on his 87 200 evinrude. his son hit a rock and bent the prop shaft. In his barn he has a 77 johnson 115. Doe's anyone know if the 115 gearcase will bolt up to the 200?

Won't work. The 77 unit is a small gearcase with a 13 spline propshaft. The V6 uses a large gearcase with a 15 spline propshaft. The 77 unit shifts backward from the V6 case.
