I have a friend who was docking her boat the other day and said that when she shifted into reverse, the boat stayed in forward and would then not shift into neutral. Does this sound simply like a broken cable? I have never looked under the cowl of a Force, but I have a Mercury I have changed the shift cable on. I assume it is fairly similar? Thanks!
