At full rpm, water pressure is only 1-2 pounds on gauge. Water at P-hole seems forceful, and gauge and hose have been tested (reads 3-4 lbs. when I blow in the outboard hose end). The gauge fitting on the head is clear. The engine runs fine and does not seem to overheat. Water pump has been replaced (many times). Previous owner says this condition has existed for years with no ill efrfects. Could there be something missing somewhere?
