87 mariner 60hp stator and trigger readings-anything bust?

Hi all.. Ok so stuck in and endless loop with bust motor..

3cyl ran fine, then suddenly high speed miss came in, got worse and worse..

So I threw my stator into the fire today to burn off plastic!!

Plz tell me I didnt do this for nothing.. Ok my red wire was shorting to the black ground.. Blue was not.??

All my symptoms apparently point to stator..

These are my trigger readings:
Purple to white: 1870
Purple to black 1160
Purple to br 2300

Bk to br 1180
Bk to wh 749

Wh to br 1900

Is my trigger OK?

Stator was:

Red to gnd (black) 141
Bl to gnd 11800 (made note of 6600..one of these cd be wrong)
Red to blue 11650

Blue was NOT shorting to black but red WAS..
