87 Merc 150 XR2 runs great in cold water, boggs down in warm water

I have a 87 Merc 150XR2, The boat runs fine in cold water 40-60 degree's, during the summer(warm water) the boat boggs down and will not get out of the hole, acts like it is flooding. Once on plane boat runs fine. Have taken boat to several mechanics, replaced several electrical items, rebuilt carbs, new reeds ect. Any suggestions?

I would check the enrichment circuit. It could be that when its cold it can use up the extra fuel. Also check to make sure the bleed sysyem is operating correctly. You will need a service manual to see how the check vales are placed then check to see if the are functioning properly.
