I have a 22' pachanga 454 mag with alpha. The quicksilver shifter has suddenly decided it doesn't want it's detent throttle button to work. My shop claimed to have fixed it and when it was in fact not fixed now they say I need to replace the whole box (discontinued) so buy the newer box and new handle--$325 later. I find it hard to believe this thing just stops working. Any suggestions?
