hello...have not been here in awhile...well, had my boat serviced this past March..engine cranked and ran then..it is a 3.0 litre Alpha One...Here is what they did in a nutshell:

Resealed Drive and replaced gaskets
replaced exhaust bellows
replaced shift cable
Rebuilt Carb
Installed Interrupt switch and rewired
tightened alternator
TEST RAN ON HOSE AND ADJUST

I tested the interrupt switch to make sure it was open
I took off flame irrestor
I did notice that my FUEL GAUGE no longer works...I went to tank it up and it had a full tank (I was suspecting these days someone stole my gas)

I pumped throttle back and forth to see if gas was going into carb..smelled a little but thought after pumping you could smell ALOT of gas....

PLEASE HELP!..Can someone give me a step by step to test fuel and electrical.I would like to have this boat in water tomorrow!

Regards,Pete

Hold the choke plate open and have someone pump the throttle. You should see fuel squirt down the carb.
Then check a spark plug and see if its dry,wet with fuel or water.
Check for spark.
If it has fuel, spark and compression it should fire up.
