Pretty happy about my recent buy, 1988 invader 17' bowrider with a 3.0 mercruiser (130 hp).
What is the difference between a mercruiser 130 and 140? I can I swap a carb and gain 10 hp?
Either way excited to get out on the lake and do some skiing. This was the best deal I could find out there with a 3.0 L, $1500 with all the canvas and only needs bellows and a shift cable which I will do this weekend.
The gas gauge is also broken, and at first glance it looks like the tank is at the bottom of hull, correct?
