88-89 Mariner(SP?) 20 hp value.

I was helping my neighbor get ready for a yard sale tomorrow, they have a 88-89 mariner(SP?) 20hp outboard. It supposed to run,but has been for a few years, it's free and not locked up. Comes with controls and a 6 gal metal tank. The engine is dark grey and has orange sticker, the stickers are nice, crisp,and bright. Doesn't look like it been out in the weather.

Is it worth 150.00?

Forgot to add, they have a title to the engine aswell.

Even if it doesn't run, it's worth at least that much in parts, IMO.

YES, buy it. Get it running. Use it or sell it for much more.
