The video will explain all. The battery is fully charged. It will turn it over maybe 1/7 times, the rest, it just does like in the video. Also the starter gets very hot after about 5 times trying it.

Any ideas?

Check all connections of battery cables. Sure sounds like a hidden corrosion problem.

Try new battery and a couple of new cables. I had an outboard that the cables looked shiny and clean on Outside but were SUPER corroded inside and prohibited current to flow

Voltage Drop Testing will isolate faulty sections of wiring/connections.

As stated, they rot from the inside out and are hard to visually see. Ensure the battery is load tested. Polish all connections to a shine, including ground.
