My outdrive hydraulic pump will work to lower the outdrive, but will not work to lift it. Occasionaly, when I hit the up switch, it will engauge, but quickly stopps.
Your problem could be anywhere from a dirty connection to a bad solenoid, but the chart will pinpoint it accuratly and quickly if you follow the steps.
