888 Water coming out of transom area

I am ready to test my '77 22' cuddy with Merc 888. With the muffs on I had water every where! Found that the previous winterization meant that the pet cocks were open and a couple plugs out of water jacket. That fixed but still have water pouring out of transom area. The bellows seem ok and the water seems to be coming from on top of the large bellows tube. Not FROM the tube but just above it. I am going back out to check for a drain fitting near there. Any ideas? I would sure love to get this project into the water this year!
EDIT UPDATE: Water is coming from water hose right at clamp!

I had the same issue with the boat I purchased with the 888 drive. Took a little while to find all the petcocks, etc. to get it to stop filling the bilge.

Now my only leak is the water hose from the drive to the transom. Trying at this moment to remove it with out taking the drive off! Can I do it? Has anyone done it? What about the bellows or tube at the bottom? Is that easily removed to gain a bit more access?
