The "19" is very likely the pitch. You can measure the diameter. But you really don't need to decode the numbers. Go to the iBoats store and buy a prop for your motor. Enter the Make, HP, and year and you will be shown a listing of props for your motor (stainless, aluminum, three blade, and four blade.) Pick a 19P as that's very likely what you have now.
