gonna be hard to find exact replacements I would guess....When I replaced the ones in the back of my 180 classic I found jump seats that were the right color, gor rid of the bases and made a new base out of aluminum plate to span from the side wall to the motor box (assuming you have an I/O) they werent as wide as the originals but they were ok.

as far as the bow cushions, not sure where you are but I found a marina in Lake Hopatcong NJ that was a Wellcraft dealer and up in his loft he had a lot of different bow cushions from the years. If you are close I can try to remember which one it was and give you the address.
