89 70hp Johnson - Relocating Pisser

Hi all,

I know tha tsomeone has posted a scan of the service bulletin that shows how to relocate the pisser on this generation of motors, but after 2 hours of searching, I can't find the post. I have printed it but left it at home, and now I am out here on the island with all the parts but no manual.

Anyone have the file (or a link to it)?
