89- 90hp power pack

I have a 1987 90 hp parts motor with 2 power packs. My 1989 90 hp has only one power pack on it. Is there a way to install the 2 -87 power packs and use then on my 89 motor?

Complete system you mean the, stator, timer base, rectifier, and coils?

How about the flywheel also?
