89 bayliner capri cuddy cabin

Hello i am looking at an 89 capri bayliner has outboard motor everything is perfect except for soft spot on floor. The soft spot is in the middle right by the hull hole that pulls open. is this even worth messing with or should i find another boat

Is that outboard a Force? If it is, then yes that rig probably isn't worth messing with.

If it isn't, and it's cheap enough, it could be a worthwhile project. Just carefully inspect it to see how far the rot damage spread. It is common for it crop up near the ski lockers first.
