you should have a manual release valve on the starboard transom bracket. make sure your eng is on the trail lock then turn the screw until the pressure is released............ make sure you nor anyone else is under the motor when you turn the screw cause the eng will drop....... dont turn the screw out too far or you will damage the threads on the snap ring just in front of the screw.
now look under the motor side of the assembly and find the flat head screw/valve loosen this or remove but be careful and dont loose the spring inside.
now you can take off the fill screw from the reservoir, lift the eng off the trail lock and manually pump it up and down. the fluid will squirt out the lower hole. after you get it all out replace the lower screw/valve. lift the eng to the trail lock and fill the reservoir.
you will need to cycle the eng up and down a few times and check and refill as you do till you get all the air out.
if it has bad water contamination you may want to do this a few times until the fluid is no longer milky.
