89 Force 150 trim relay #'s???

I know I seen it somewhere on here but can't seem to find it, can anyone tell me the trim relay #'s to purchase from autoparts store for my 89 Force 150. I thought I saw in a thread somehere that the same relays can be bought from an auto parts store for a fraction of the price.
