89 force 50 hp wastes and squirts fuel

look at the picture with the red mark - am i missing a cap??

89 Force 50 HP wastes too much fuel and I increase the throttle it squirts fuel from end at bottom- where the carb meets the block. Also at high speeds it squirts from the small plugs and leaks out a lot from the lower bowl and it bogs out at high revolutions.

I have the new gasket kit with 3 gaskets. one for the bowl and two little ones. I have the gasket for the area where the carb meets the block also I got a new floater. I've never worked carbs and I'm intimidated.

Please advise! On procedures or what to watch out for or anything else. Thank you

That hole is for overflow.
No fuel from anyplace other than the tiny hole.
Maybe a bit from the front of the carb(tiny bit).
Small plugs? You mean the top of the carb? That's a definate NO!!!leak zone.
Will post a couple of pics tomorrow of the carb setup right.
