89 Galaxy paint/wake tower

Hey guys bought a 89 Galaxy 5.0 I/O (My First Boat). The interior was redone jus a couple of years ago (will try and get some pictures up tommorrow). my question is a realstic ballpark figure on what it would cost to get the boat repainted. the hull seems to be in good shape so i dont think there would be much in the way of fiberglass work.

Another question is i was looking at building a wakeboard tower. I have access to a bender and a welder. so all i would have to buy is the material. has anyone ever done it and could give me some insight on how painful it is and how much did it cost. Im going to attempt to attach a picture of what i would like to replicate, so everyone knows what the end product will be... Hopefully!

hi....welcome to i boats.!

while i have not built a tower my self.....i have installed lots of them.

one other problem of making your own....is the mounting hard ware.
it can get really pricy (90 bucks a pole....so...x 4)
then you will spend hours and hours polishing it to get the shiney finish.

but it has been done before....lots of times.....some good results.....some....well...lol

google dyi wake towers.....or home made wake towers.
