89 gm v8 305 at 200 degrees,,,now what

got an 89 cobia with v8 gm 305cid 225hp 5.0 with alpha 1.....the boat will run at 200 degrees all day long no matter how fast or slow, i thought it was the impeller, complete rebuilt it, still the same temp, maybe 4 degrees cooler if that, new water pump, sender,thermostat housing, any other things to check? risers? manifolds? oh yea, when on the muffs the water coming out of the tell tale, one side has more water coming out than the other side, could that side be clogged or something? do they make draino for boats as i run in salt water?

No, it's called new manidolds and risers every 5 to 10 years, depending on how they look.

so the side with the less water flow is clogged and needs to be replaced, might as well replace both side huh? any way to make sure that is the problem?

Only real way is to pull them and inspect. Only "draino" I am aware of is muratic acid. Cleans them up nice, but, some of the corrosion you clean out may be the only thing preventing water from leaking back into the exhaust (before the riser). If you do develop a leak you are not aware of, you stand a chance of trashing your motor, If in doubt, just replace them.
