'89 invader w/2 damage spots. what to do?

i have a 1989 invader that is in pretty good shape except 2 spots on the port side. there are two dings that go up and you can see the metal underneath. about the size of a nickel about 3/8 inches deep. how do i go about patching them and what do i use? any advise is greatly appreciated! thx.

Please upload some pics on here so we know what we are talking about. Pics say a thousand words. I wish it was a pre-requisite to have pics on here before people helped with issues like this...LOL! Just raggin' on yeah!
