Motor has not been run for any period of time for last couple of years. I just installed new impeller and started motor up with garden hose attached. It starts and runs good. Cooling seems to be taking place as I can easily keep my finger on heads with engine running but there is very little water coming out through the weep tube. Should there be a steady stream?
