I am thinking of buying an 89 or 90 vip vision for $500. It needs all of the interier and some floor work. It has been sitting outside next door since last summer half covered. It has the 2.3 I/O. Motor turns free and so does the outdrive. It also has an 08 sticker on it. Boats in mass are registered every 2 years. Is it worth it to buy it? Thanks
