The throttle/shift works. I can manually move the shift mechanism on the side of the engine. The engine stays in forward whether or not I am in Forward, Neutral, or Reverse. Please help!
Check underneath the carbs, where the shift rod and shift linkage hook together. I'll bet it came apart there.<br />You might have to split the lower cowling to get at it.
