8hp Tiller to kicker conversion

I have a 8hp 2 Stroke Evinrude tiller, model # E8REMN. Not sure of the year but I assume mid 90’s maybe.

I would like to convert it to a kicker style with remote gear and/or throttle control. I already have a steering bar for it.

I am mechanically challenged but I figure I can pull it off.

Does anyone know what exact controls and what exact parts I would need to do this?

if you could provide all part numbersif possible that would be greatly appreciated.

Kit would be 5000521 if you can find one. Your motor is a '92 (E8RENM). (replaces 436267 or 434457, so might find one somewhere with one of those numbers).
