Changed out the water impellor. After getting it back together it doesn't spit out water. Dropped the lower end again and thought I angled the impellor blades the other direction. Put it back together and still doesn't spit water out the exhaust hole. Did I angle them the wrong way again or is it something else? Is it possible to screw the water impellor housing back in place and not have the impellor down over the little dog on the shaft? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help in advance.
