Hi all once again. I have a Johnson I'm trying to get well again (I think a 1967) model MQ-13M and one spark plug hole is stripped out. I understand that I could Heli-Coil it, but if I could get a head so much the better. (EDIT) Is ebay the only place really to look for one or are their other venues for outboard parts like that. I'm guessing a new one would be very expensive.

Thanks again.

There are a number of salvage yards you could try online, in addition to ebay or craigslist.org

sea-way.com, outboard-parts.com, marinepartsoutlet.com, laingsoutboards.com, tcoutboard.com

And you are correct, she is a 67

TY for the info. And now to ask a somewhat similar question, how can I find out what years fits it. Did the manufacturer alter compression ratio in that era via combustion chamber volume?

TY all again.

Anything from '66-'73 will work just fine.

Not sure about '65, but probably that one too.
