9.9/ 15 hp rewind starter/ has to be an easier way, to reinstall

as the title says, there just has to be and easier way to reinstall the rewind starter on these.

What is it, can find anything really explaining in manuals.

They're kind of a pain. If you're just servicing the carb you can forgo complete removal and just tape the top over to the side after freeing it up. Makes the whole process a lot easier.

I put a nut on the retaining bolt to keep it from flying apart, and an angle head, open end wrench on the carb nut's, but I don't know of an easy way around the thing. Make's you wonder how they do it in production.

i my helper, Tony, said "removed the flywheel", it was just tooooooo easy.
