9.9 cupt to starter washer substitute?

The c-clamp popped off the starter and I lost the cup to starter washer #0318941. Would a regular 1/2" washer work? Thanks.

If you are talking about the washer at the bottom of the spring cup, I would say no. With out having one in front of me to compare, I believe the 1/2" washer is to large.

Yeh it measure 3/16" thread to thread.

Just not sure what they use.
