Where can I get a copy of a wiring diagram for a 1978 9.9 Johnson outboard with electric start? It looks like I need to rewire it from the engine to the battery compartment/ignition switch terminal and I need to buy the right size, type, and color wires. Thanks!

The only place I know of is in an OEM service manual. <br />Mabey one of the other guys knows of a web link to help you.<br /><br />Good Luck!

I have a repair manual checked out from the library that has the schematic in the back of the book under wiring diagrams.<br /><br />Here is a picture of that page. Hopefully this works out for you!<br /><br />
