my 2003 merc 9.9 serial # 0T751000P, is having a fuel problem. at idle, it revs up alittle and almost stalls. it will run all day like this, not a good thing when your trying to troll. it started last weekend at the walleyes for warriors event on sag bay. we did manage to put our two vets on the walleyes, but listening to that motor was embarrassing to me. i did have time to remove and clean the carb, but it still sounded sick. does this sound like a carb or fuel pump problem.
