9.9 mariner, 1980?

Picked up a 9.9 mariner, having some questions for you mercury guru's. Serial number is 682cl 552937. I think it is a 1980, but, trying to find a prop for it , you have to put in a serial number. Won't take the number I have. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help.

Its a Yamaha built mariner you may need a dealer to help you. Mercurys online parts fiche only goes back the the mid 80s. The yamaha built mariners do not really get that support.
