9.9 Yamaha to a 15???

[Nev'r Enuff]

I have a 1996 9.9 yamaha and would like to add a 15 carb with reed valve. Are the parts still available and where? Or would it be better to get a scrap 15 hp for parts, either way can I ask for some help.
