I have a 1971 Seaking flat bottom jon boat and I was wondering what size outboard I should put on it a 1 1/2hp,2.5hp, or a 5hp

a 25hp would send you into orbit.. <br /><br />But i think 10hp and you will be pleased with it ;')

Hi, Bill.<br /><br />Unless the rating plate says different, I wouldn't go over 5HP.
