90 115 v4 lower unit shift linkage

just got this engine , owner says shift likage or rod is rotted and needs to be replaced , how hard is this to do and how much work ... ? thanks

how many bolts will break when ya remove the power head?<br /> I have done some in 3 hours and others in 21 hours, the 21 hour versions will also require a powerhead adaptor plate and all the mounting bolts.

It took me about 4 hours to remove and replace with a engine hoist
