I have a 2002 90 hp Mercury 4 stroke that I recently bought on a 20' Fisher pontoon. Motor starts and idles great and runs good up to 4000 RPM. Above 4000 it misses/bogs down and wont go over 4200 RPM. It seems like a fuel problem.WOT is 5000-6000 RPM. I have put in new plugs gaped to .043, new fuel line tank to engine, new engine fuel filter, Sea Foam in fuel, non-ethylnol fuel, fuel/water separator. None of this has helped. Any ideas? Clean carbs? Coil checks?
