Here is where im at and i need some help please! 2004 Johnson Carb 2 stroke oil inject. I run the boat til its warm then turn it off for half hour. Start it up and it starts fine. As soon as i go to take off it stalls and is sometimes hard to start. I pulled the plugs when it was doing this and they were wet and fouled. What would cause the plugs to foul when the boat sits for a half hour. Seems like its flooding it out by sitting when warm? I ran a remote tank last week with 1 gallon of gas and a can of Seafoam and it ran awesome. Let it sit and it ran great, pulled plugs and they were a nice tan . When i switched to the boat tank ( drained tank with new 92 octane gas) it left me standed with fouled plugs!

Any chance this is on a pontoon?

Since a 'toons fuelll tank is on-deck, fuel level of the tank is much higher than traditional boats and will siphon thru a slightly flooding carb.

Clean carbs, ensure float height is set correctly, test needle/seat seal to prevent flooding.
