I have a 1994 90 hp Evinrude (E90TLERC) that has a sudden loss of power after warmup and after runnung it at 3/4 throttle for a period of time. If I give it more gas it quit cutting out for a short time but will come back. I can run the motor at lower speeds and not have the problem. I have new plugs but problem still exist. Any ideas or is this a power pack issue. thanks<br /> Dwight
