Hi guys, I'm thuroughly confused. I've got a 1990 model 90 hp johnson (model# TJ90TLESB).First I assume the "T" at the front of the # means it was built for Tracker because it is on a Nitro bass boat and says Tracker Pro Series on the hood.
I cant find anything in the manuel to specify what the "B" on the end means. The book only refers to a model "J90TLES". My problems are many.
First the book says I should have "type III" carbs but they dont look like the ones in the pics
there is no access screws on the float bowl for the low speed orafices.
Secondly the wiring diagram says I should have two power packs. I only have one that is wired to all four coils, and the wiring colors dont match.
Does anyone know why these dont match? I am refering to the Seloc 1973-91 60-235HP 3,V4&V6 manuel.

Thanks,
Teddy

It is just a plain old V4 cross flow. The pn for the carbuator is 432126, with black plastic float bowl. You have to remove the float bowl to get to the low speed jet. You may want to look at the gasket under the T shaped plate on top of the carb. The orignal gasket would be sucked into the idle passage, new gasket has cutout.

My Clymer manual says you have one power pack #1 is blue/orange # 2 is orange/purple #3 green/orange #4 red/orange. Hope this helps.
