1990 Evinrude 90 VRO, three cylinders fire but one has spark but wont fire up. Swaped wires/plugs/coil with good ones but still nothing. Im thinking maybe a fuel issue. Any suggestions?

How do you know its that particular cylinder?
Have you checked compression on it?

Could be a plugged jet in carburetor for that cylinder.----------------Bad compression --------Reed valve problems for that bad cylinder.-----Do not run motor untill you sort this out.

Finally got compression test. Only got 35 psi on that cylinder so I'm assuming that's the problem. Others have 110/105/105. Is that something that can be fixed?

See this problem all the time.------Most big dealers do not repair these anymore.----Needs to be torn down and possibly machining work is involved.-----With a manual they are well worth fixing yourself.

Start sending up prayers and remove the cylinder head. There is a 2% chance that the cylider head mating surface has erroded away. The fix for that is to have a machine shop resurface the head, relatively short money. If it is the block surface that is gone it means taking the engine (or photos)to the shop to see if they can do something about it. Sending photos here might return some good advice.

Have you pulled the "no-firing" plug out after cranking? Is it wet or dry? That will tell you something.
