90HP Evinrude no spark

I have a 1986 Evinrude 90HP. She's been running fine and now she has no spark on the #4 spark plug. I put a new coil and power pack on and still no spark. The manual says it might be the key switch. Is the key switch the ignition or have you ever heard of this? This is a four cylinder engine and the power pack on this side runs the #2 and #4 cylinders and the #2 cylinder runs fine. I checked the compression and I have 105 psi on each. ?
