90hp force no spark

I have a 90 bayliner capri amd the water pump and foot where replaced prior to me buying the boat. The problem im having is i was getting no spark on cyl 3 and weak spark on 2 and good spark on 1. So i replaced the 1 and 2 cdi box and got fire on 1 and 2. I replace the cyl 3 cdi box and now i dont get anything. Can someone plz help me this is my first boat and i would love to get on the water. Thank you in advance.

Isn't a Force a Chrysler originally? Merc bought them and kept making them, maybe a Chrysler forum would help.
