90HP Mariner engine keeps dying.

Hi,<br />I went to start mt boat the other day before taking it out after it was sitting for a few months and for some reason it took a long time to start and when it did start it would never stay running. No alarms came on and I noticed that on the lower part of the engine near where the propeller is had some oil coming out of a small hole. Also I noticed there was some smoke coming out where the propeller is. Help me. I am a new boat owner.
